1 Pizza Dough Ball
For Base:
1/4 C. Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 C. Mozzarella
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan

For Arugula Salad:
2-3 C. Arugula
1/4 Olive Oil
S & P to taste
1 Small Shallot, minced
Juice of 1 Lemon

Capers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450-500 with pizza stone inside. Toss or roll dough to size. Top dough with olive oil, garlic, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake til golden brown. While dough is cooking, toss Arugula with olive oil, s&p, shallots and lemon juice in a bowl. Top cooked pizza with arugula salad and a smidge more shaved parm and slice. Enjoy!
