3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup coconut
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
grated orange rind
3 eggs separated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fruit juices and water. Add mixed dry ingredients and cook for 10 minutes,stirring constantly. Add beaten egg yolks and cook for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup coconut and grated orange rind. Cool. Pour into a baked pastry shell. Whip eggs whites and 6 tbsp sugar to stiffly beaten. Bake in 350º for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup coconut and continue baking for about 2 minutes or until coconut is golden brown.
