1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 lb. chicken
1 1/2 lbs. small white or red potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
white wine vinegar
Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Saute sausage all over until browned. Remove to roasting pan. Saute potatoes. Remove to roasting pan. Saute chicken. Remove to roasting pan.

Remove fat from pan. Deglaze with wine vinegar and add to roasting pan. Add garlic, salt, and rosemary. Toss to coat, and spread in an even layer.

Roast, tossing occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes. If desired, halve sausages crosswise before serving.
