2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper
12 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic. Add red pepper. Add tomatoes and cook. Add Vodka and cream. Simmer a few minutes until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper
