2 lbs ground beef (any meat you like can be used)
3 small onions (finely chopped)
1 (8 oz) can crushed tomato
1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
vegetable oil
unsolted butter
½ tsp all spice
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ¼ tsp salt for tasting
3 tsp tomato paste

First you should prepare the dough (Basic Dough instructions are in this cook book under Bread & Muffins). or you can buy pizza dough (frozen dinner rolls)

Once the dough is completed, cut it into 3 oz size balls.

In a large mixing bowl add meat, onions, green pepper, all of the seasonings, oil, tomato paste, crushed tomato and mix well.

Flatten the dough balls into oval shape

Spoon 2-3 tsp of the filling in the center, pinch the dough to seal it on the ends and place the stuffed dough in a slightly butter or oiled tray.

Brush the top with oil and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 min or until golden brown.

Serve hot or warm
