1 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. package chocolate bits
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread on ungreased jellyroll pan (15x10-inch or 14x11-inch) for 20-22 minutes. Top immediately with chocolate bits and spread as the melt. Sprinkle with nuts.
