1 1/2 cups margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
apricot preserves
powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar and cheese. Mixing until well blended. Blend eggs, juice and rind. Add combined flour and baking powder; mix well. Chill. Shape level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Indent centers; fill with preserves. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
