15 beef tenderloin cubes ( 1 - 2 inch)
20 medium - large mushrooms (par-cooked to go on skewer more easily)
10 1.5 x 1.5 inch pieces of red onion
10 1.5 x 1.5 inch pieces of red pepper
10 1/2 inch thick slices of zucchini
Montreal Steak Spice
