Boneless Pork or Chicken
Onion
Green Pepper
Mushrooms or whatever vegetable is your preference
Skewers (if using wooden type;soak first)
Marinade (jerk, Italian dressing, balsmic vinegar works well with the pork)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the meat into good size chunks;
Marinate the meat in marinade over night
Cut vegetables into chunks or thick slices
Alternate the meat and vegetables on skewers
Place on grill and cook until meat is done. Turn the skewers ever few minutes for even cooking. Enjoy
