1 Package of smoked salmon
1 Package of thin Pepperidge Farm pumpernickel bread
3 Hard boiled eggs diced small
2 Tablespoons of capers
1/2 Small onion diced very small
1-2 Lemons sliced in quarters
Beautiful Platter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take smoked salmon and arrange in center of platter.
2. Slice bread into halves (triangle shapes). Arrange on platter in one corner.
3. Place onions and eggs in small ramekin and place on platter.
4. Place lemons in one area of dish.
5. Sprinkle capers across dish.
