2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups diced apples
1 cup nuts

Glaze
8 oz cream cheese
4 tbsp Margarine
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and mix. Add apples and nuts. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes.

For Glaze, cream together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Add 1 tsp vanilla, salt and nuts. Serve warm.
