1 C. persimmons
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter
1 egg
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 C. walnuts

Set oven at 350F. Mix persimmons and baking soda in small bowl: set aside. Mix sugar, butter and egg. Add persimmons and soda. Stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add nuts. Drop a spoonful of batter on cookie sheet lightly oiled or parchment paper. Bake 9 to d11 minutes.
