Stuffing
1/4 Pound ground lamb
1 Small diced onion
3/4 Cup rice
Tiny bit of tomato sauce
2 Cloves chopped garlic
1 Whole cabbage
2-3 Browned lamb chops (brown in olive oil)

Cabbage:
1. Core out cabbage and then freeze head overnight
2. Thaw in bowl as leaves will remove easily
3. Remove leaf by leaf
4. Place 3/4 - 1 teaspoon of stuffing at bottom center of each cabbage.
5. Fold bottom over so it sits on top of stuffing.
6. Fold over left and right side and roll upwards.
7. Line pot with lamb chops.
8. Stack cabbage in a circular formation.
9. Add mint in between layers.
10. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to top.
11. Cover with plate or foil.
12. Add water to top of highest layer.
13. Bring to boil and then simmer for 30 min.
