2# ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute onion with 1 tbsp olive oil until onion translucent. Mix ground beef, onions and remaining ingredients. Place in loaf pan mounding in center or put equal amounts of ground beef mixture into large muffin tins. Bake for one hour in loaf pan or 40-45 minutes in muffin tins. Let rest 10 minutes, then serve.
