1 fresh pie crust 2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt pepper to taste
3 eggs 1 c. half & half
2-4 slices of cheese 1/2 c. packed chopped spinach
4 oz sliced mushrooms 1 c. diced cooked ham can substitute sausage or bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl beat together flour, salt, pepper, eggs, and half and half. place pie crust in pan and cover
with cheese. Sprinkle cheese with spinach evenly. Cover with mushrooms. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms. Cover with ham or other meat and sprinkle with cheddar cheese over top.

Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minuets refrigerate any leftovers .
