1 flank steak
1/4 c. sherry
2 T brown sugar
3/4 t. salt
3T soy sauce
3 T hoison sauce
3 T catsup
2 green onions, chopped
1 T fresh grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in zip lock bag with meat. Let sit overnight or up to 24 hours. Grill to your liking.
