1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, sift first six ingredients together. Stir in sour cream, milk, egg and butter. Pour into greased 8 in. square pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
