1LB. Ground Beef (80/20 or 70/30)
1 Egg
6 Townhouse Crackers
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbl. dried parsley
1 Tbl. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
Crushed chili flakes, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly beat egg. Combine all ingredients loosely with fingers in a med sized bowl until mixed. Form 1.5" balls with hands or use small ice cream scooper. Working in small batches, brown in heavy bottomed skillet. Meatballs can go into a sauce to finish cooking or go back into skillet with lid on to finish cooking there.
