2 c. peeled chopped fresh peaches (about 3 medium)
3 T. honey
2-1/4 c. cold milk
1 pint peach or vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 tsp. almond extract
fresh peach slices, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches, honey and a small amount of milk in blender container; cover. Puree until almost smooth. Add remaining milk, ice cream and extract. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 min. Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses garnished with fresh peach slices. Yield: 40 oz. or 5 glasses
