1 lb Cheddar cheese - shredded
1 lb mild ground sausage
2 c Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together and shape into walnut size balls and bake in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 mins until golden brown.
