2 medium-sized bananas, sliced
2 T. honey
2 c. cold milk
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 tsp. ground ginger, if desired
banana slices, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place bananas, honey and a small amount of milk in blender container; cover. Puree until almost smooth. Add remaining milk, ice cream and ginger. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 min. Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses garnished with banana slices. Omit ginger if drink is to be served to children. Yield: 36 oz. or 4 glasses
