1/2 cup flour
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
4 chicken breasts (pound to 1/8-1/4 in)
1 1/2 T olive oil
5 T butter
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 T parsley
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl combine flour, 1 1/2 t salt, and pepper. Quickly dredge chicken in mix. Heat oil in large skillet on med. until very hot. Add 1 1/2 T butter. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides (approx. 1 min per side). Transfer to a plate and set aside. Deglaze pan with wine and bring to a boil, then scrape bottom of pan. After wine has reduced by half, add chicken stock, garlic, and lemon juice. Cook 3-4 min until sauce has reduced slightly. Whisk in remaining 1/2 t salt, remaining 3 1/2 T butter, and the parsley. When melted return chicken to warm through. Serve over angel hair pasta with sauce poured over top.
