2 c. warm milk
1 Tbsp yeast
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c oil
2 1/2 c flour
4 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, yeast, yolks, and sugar. Add salt, vanilla, oil, and flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into preceding mixture. Cook on waffle iron.
