1 large can chicken broth
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
5 lbs potatoes (diced)
1 pkg bacon
2 pkgs cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
On low setting in large pot, melt cream cheese into chicken broth. Cook bacon in microwave to a crisp, crumble into pieces. Add diced potatoes, chopped green onions, and bacon pieces. Continue cooking on low for about 1 hour or until potatoes are soft. Serve with cheddar cheese on top.
