2 c. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together. Make a small well. Mix together wet ingredients in another bowl; pour into the well. Stir ingredients together. Knead 3 or 4 times. Roll out on a well floured surface. Cut with a biscuit cutter or cup. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes

These are a sweet, tender biscuit. I like to add butter while I'm kneading it so it makes the folds nice and buttery.
