1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 T. honey
2 c. cold milk
1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
fresh whole strawberries, if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Place strawberries, honey and a small amount of milk in blender container; cover. Puree until almost smooth. Add remaining milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 min. Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses garnished with fresh whole strawberries. Yield: 36 oz. or 4 glasses
