1 side ribs (country style pork spare ribs are great)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. white vinegar
a sprinkle of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix preceding ingredients together. Put ribs in a skillet. Pour sauce over ribs and simmer for 30 minutes, covered, then uncover and cook until glazed. Periodically spoon sauce over ribs to glaze. Serve with rice.

This is Fawn Olsen's recipe from the old Weiser cookbook. I've never made it with ribs, but I have made it with cut up pork chops. My favorite is to put it with Costco's pulled pork and then serve it in a roll.
