Favorite cut of Beef, Pork or Chicken
Garlic Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Allow meat to become room temperature
Evenly coat both sides of meat with garlic salt
Using grinder - place pepper on both sides to taste
Allow seasoning to become moist
Place meat on grill (grill on high heat)
Allow meat 1 minute each side ( 2 mins)
Then turn every 3-4 min until ready
Remember: pork and chicken must be cooked throughly!

I learned this reciepe from a butcher/meat cutter named "Shorty" while on fishing trips taken to Wedowee Lake in Alabama. I found that good meat did not need any sauce. This allows the steaks natural juices and seasoning to make truly the best steak ever!
