2lb. Ground Beef
1 Cup Diced Onion
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper
1 (29 oz) Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans
2 tsp. Cumin
3 Tbsp. Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Cups Water

Brown ground beef, onion, celery, and green pepper. If necessary drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients, holding water until the end. Add water according to your own preference. Let simmer 1-4 hours.
