1 - 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler-fryer chicken, cup up and skinned
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 cup (2 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brush chicken with salad dressing, coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
