Sandwiches of low fat meat, chicken or lean beef.
Lettuce
Tomato
Raw Vegetables
Fruit

Soup made with beans, peas, rice or potatoes.
1 or 2 whole wheat bread

Be sure to drink 2 or more glasses of water.

Breakfast:
A bowl puffed wheat, shredded wheat or Grapenuts without added sugar. With skim or lowfat milk plus strawberries or bananas.
A glass of juice grapefruit, or an orange, low fat cottage cheese, peaches, pineapple.
Whole wheat toast

Once a week - one egg - cook any way along with toast, butter or without.
