4 tsp low sodium taco seasoning
4-6-oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup (2 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers
2 Tbsp jalapeño peppers, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle taco seasoning over both sides of chicken.Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat chicken with cooking spray, and add to pan. Cook 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.Remove pan from heat; sprinkle chicken with cheese. Cover and let stand3 minutes or until cheese melts. Top each chicken breast with jalapeño slices.
