Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Heat 2 T olive oil
Add 1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots sliced thinly
2 stalks celery
Saute all together.
2 cans ready cut 14 1/2 oz Italian recipe diced tomatoes
2 14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth
2 t dried parsley or 1 T fresh
2 t dried basil
1 t dried oregano
1 t salt
pepper

Bring to boil
Reduce heat
Simmer 20 minutes.

Add 2 15 oz cans kidney beans, drained
2 cups shredded cabbage
Simmer for 10 minutes
Stir in 1 medium sized zucchini
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Cook 10 minutes
Serve with fresh parmesan cheese
