4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
4 large carrots, diced
2 heads broccoli, broken in pieces
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 cube (1/4 cup) butter
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
add pepper
Shake together the following:
1/2 cup milk
3 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add all vegetables in pot with water covering the vegetables. Boil for about 20 minutes. Add broccoli, cook for additional 10 minutes. Add Velveeta, butter and seasonings, mix. Add thickening (milk and flour).
Cook for 20 more minutes. Watch for scorching.
