2-3 cooked chicken breasts from the Deli or KFC
1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Approximately 1/2 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. celery seed or thyme
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. grated cheese, your choice

Butter 8 or 9 inch pan. Cut up chicken breasts into small pieces and lay in bottom of pan. Combine soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Crush crackers finely, mix with celery seed or thyme and sprinkle over chicken/soup. Drizzle melted margarine over crackers. Bake 40-60 minutes at 350º until bubbly. Last 10 minutes sprinkle cheese over top and let it melt.
