1 c. milk, nonfat/skim
1 c. fresh sliced strawberries, chilled
1/4 c. sweetener (sugar substitute) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into divided ice cube trays and freeze until solid, approximately 2 to 3 hours. Just before making, let frozen milk cubes stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Put the frozen milk cubes in a food processor and pulse until broken up, then puree until ice cubes are smooth. Add in strawberries, 1/3 c. at a time, and sugar substitute. Continue adding berries and pulsing until the mixture is smooth. Spoon the sherbet into dessert dishes and serve immediately or place in a freezer container and refreeze to desired firmness.
