6 medium sized potatoes
2 or 3 eggs (hard boiled)
Salt and pepper
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar
2 or 3 tabs mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with jackets on. When potatoes are done let them stand a minute to cool with the jackets on. (In the meantime, hard boil the eggs) Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes and cut up the eggs.

Mix potatoes, vinegar, oil,mayonnaise, salt, pepper,celery and eggs together.
