2 lbs ground meat, all beef or some beef and less pork
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper to meat. Mix well. Put about 3 hard boiled eggs in the center of the loaf. Bake for 350º for about 1 1/2 hours. Ketchup and strip of bacon can be put on the top of the loaf. Place tin foil on top to take place of the cover.
