1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 cups chipped onions
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 cans of chicken broth
1 can (16oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat over medium high heat. Add vegetables and minced garlic, cook for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil- reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small pan. Stir in 1/2 c. flour, cook over medium heat until deep brown. Whisk into soup. Cook for 45 minutes.
