1 quart to 1 pint milk
2 dozen eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Beat eggs in two at a time. Pour scalded milk over beaten eggs on medium heat stirring constantly then lower heat. The mixture will then form large lumps and water comes to the surface. Put cheesecloth into a large bowl and pour mixture into bowl. Tie the cheesecloth tightly and squeeze out and extra drops of liquid.
