2 Envelopes of Betty Crocker cornbread mix
2 Eggs
7 Equals
2 Heaping Tbsp. of sour cream
1/3 c. Canola oil ( a little more for the bottom of a 9 inch round pan)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put oil in pan
( about 1/8 to 1/4 c.). It will look like a lot. Don't worry. Mix all other ingredients together and pour on top of oiled pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on how hot your oven runs. Check after 20 minutes. You'll know by looking at it..
