1 yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter, melted
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press mixture into the bottom of a 13x9. Combine remaining, 2 eggs with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixing bowl. Beat on med-high speed for 3 or 4 minutes. Pour mixture over the above. Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
