2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
3 cups finely shredded carrots
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add the carrots, oil and eggs, beating with an electric mixer until combined. Beat another 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in 3/4 cup of walnuts. Pour into lightly greased and floured or sprayed pans, 2-9 inch or a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes for a 13x9 or 40 minutes for the 9 inch pans.
