2 goose breasts
¼ lb honey baked ham (Salami)
¼ lb provolone cheese (Cheddar)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take a goose breast, lay it flat like you would filet a fish. Slice it the long way like filleting a fish twice, so you end up with 3 pieces. Take each piece and pound flat and thin with a tenderizing hammer. Salt and pepper (Garlic Salt and Lemmon Pepper) to taste. Cover with a thin layer of honey baked ham and thin layer of provolone cheese. Roll-up tight and toothpick. Try to keep the ham and cheese inside and close the ends.

Grill or broil DO NOT OVER COOK!!! About 3 minutes per side (6 total)

Personal Notes:
Slice and serve on cracker as an appetizer or whole. I have a friend who serves these in hot dog buns. They go quick!
