2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon sherry
1½ cups cider or fruit juice
½ cup seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour in a saucepan. Add cider or fruit juice and raisins. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Simmer about 10 minutes, until thickened. Add lemon rind, mustard, and sherry.
