5 cups sugar
4 cups fresh grapefruit juice (unsweetened)
1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin

Directions:
Measure sugar and set aside. Measure juice into a large saucepan. Stir in Sure-Jell fruit pectin, mixing well. Bring to a hard boil over high heat, stirring constantly. At once stir in sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam with metal spoon, and pour quickly into hot sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch space. Adjust caps. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
