1 Tsp. olive oil
1 ring of Polish Kielbasa (pork or beef)
6 eggs
Horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in frying pan,
place kielbasa, whole ring, in pan and brown each side.
boil eggs in water until done
Then cut hard boiled eggs in quarters.
Cut kielbasa in pieces on a bias, not straight
Arrange a quarter egg next to a slice of kielbasa, on serving tray.
Place toothpicks, a fork and horseradish (in a pretty dish) in the middle of tray
