12 cups of H20 (water)

1 whole organic chicken (fresh or frozen)

8 black pepper corns

4 Bay leaves

1 large onion, chopped

1/2 bunch of celery, chopped with stalks complete

5 large carrots, chopped with skin

1 large potato, diced (option with skin on or off)

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp. salt

2 Tbsp. fresh ginger

3 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed but kept whole

Directions:

Place chicken in large pot with water

Add the rest of ingredients, filling pot

Cover and simmer all day or cook over medium heat for 3 hours.

10 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles of your choice.

Place egg noodles in the bowl first, add soup and sprinkle with parsley
