2 single-shell pie crusts, unbaked
1-2 cups cooked chicken breasts or canned chunk chicken
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
some cooked sliced carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 or more milk
reserved chicken broth (from cooked chicken) in case more liquid is needed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook 2-3 chicken breasts in water seasoned with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, bay leaf, garlic (or garlic powder), and onion. After chicken is done, remove and cook carrots in broth. Cut up chicken in bite sized pieces.
Put one pie crust in pie pan. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Place other crust over top and crimp the edges together with a fork. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. (Place foil around crust edges for first 30 minutes to prevent burning.)
