10 Medium Red Potatoes
4 Cups of Aged White Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Lb. Peppered Bacon (Fresh from the deli is best)
1 Clove of Minced Garlic
32 oz. of Sour Cream
1 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
1 Tbsp. of Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 Tsp. of Garlic Salt Seasoning

Cut Bacon strips into fourths and fry in pan until well cooked. Drain in paper towel. Proceed to chop into smaller bits. Put the bacon bits into a large mixing bowl. Add shredded cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, green onions, lemon pepper and garlic salt. Mix together until well blended. Refrigerate until potatoes are ready.

Chop Potatoes into fourths. Boil Potatoes in a large boiling pot for about 15 min. or until soft. Drain and rinse. Let stand for 2 min or until moisture has run off. Add to large mixing bowl with other ingredients. Beat with fork until creamy. Enjoy!
